Having worked in financial and energy futures for over 21 years, Paul came into the legal profession later in life. He has previously managed one of our debt collection teams for Rak Bank in Dubai, but now heads up our London office where he has been developing a regulatory and private crime practice within the City of London.
Paul was involved in the successful defence at trial of a broker charged with conspiring to fix LIBOR, a former RBS equities trader charged with conspiracy to defraud the Inland Revenue as well as advising a number of foreign exchange traders under investigation by the FCA.
In addition, Paul currently acts for a number of families of victims of mental health homicides, in relation to civil actions against various NHS trusts. He also maintains a healthy commercial litigation practice, acting for numerous individuals and companies both in the City of London and nationwide.
